Records, as reported by The Sun, reveal that Tristan Thompson acquired a substantial piece of land, located just a short distance from Khloe Kardashian’s recently finished mansion. The NBA player paid $12.5 million for the expansive house, financing a significant portion through a nearly $9 million mortgage. Situated in the gated community of Hidden Hills, the property spans 1.39 acres.
In the same year, Howard Keyes, the former owner of various car dealerships in Van Nuys, California, acquired the newly constructed home with an East Coast classic design for $9 million.
The lavish estate boasts six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and over 10,000 square feet of space. It includes a spacious parking lot for more than ten vehicles, a grand double-height foyer with a black-and-white checkerboard stone floor, and a massive crystal chandelier.
