Despite uncertainties about its future just weeks ago, the second annual Rick Ross Car and Bike Show turned out to be a resounding success this past Saturday. Hosted at Rick Ross’s “Promise Land” home in Fayetteville, Georgia, the event welcomed a sizable crowd treated to a performance, a rodeo, and a dazzling display of some of the South’s most impressive rides.
Maintaining the essence of the inaugural event, Rick Ross showcased his personal collection of mostly American-made antique cars, including his beloved fire engine red 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air. Hundreds of vehicles from local enthusiasts added to the spectacle, featuring unique rides such as a Tonka-style yellow Ford truck, a purple Lamborghini Huracán with an airbrushed image of Kobe Bryant, and a lime green C8 Corvette Z06. Social media is buzzing with images and videos capturing the insane automobiles, trucks, and motorbikes on display, not to mention Ross’s Bell Air-style golf buggy.
The awards ceremony followed the tradition of a conventional Concours d’Elegance-style motor show, with a standout being the “Best Donk” awarded to a stunning 1975 Chevy Caprice Classic customized by I95 Motorsports. The emerald green lowrider with gold trim and a green leather interior dazzled the crowd.
In a departure from the previous year, this wasn’t just a car show; it transformed into a full-fledged event featuring performances by Meek Mill, Gucci Mane, and Rick Ross himself. Attendees also had the unique opportunity to witness a rodeo, making this year’s Rick Ross Car & Bike Show an unforgettable experience for all.
