According to Dirt, the music mogul made a direct move from her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot Century condo to a 9,290-square-foot skyscraper. Nick Molnar, co-founder and seller of Afterpay, reportedly sold the penthouse to the pop star. Molnar listed the unit for $28 million after owning it for nearly two years, having acquired it from actor Matthew Perry for $21.6 million.
The circular residence features floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic city views. Notable amenities include four patios, a spacious living area, and a modern kitchen.
The 42-story building, equipped with a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, and a 75-foot pool, is renowned as a “paparazzi-proof” hideaway for California’s elite.
