Meghan Trainor, known for being “all about that space”, has listed her 7,174-square-foot Los Angeles farmhouse, formerly owned by Megan Fox, for just under $6M. The five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom mansion, once Bing Crosby’s carriage house, showcases a blend of original 1936 architecture and a newer 2008 wing.

Trainor purchased the farmhouse from Megan Fox in July 2016 before she and her husband Daryl Sabara married in December 2018.

The primary bedroom suite opens to a trellised patio dining area. The property includes a three-car garage, two guest houses with a dance studio, recording studio, and a gym, along with a citrus tree grove. Originally Bing Crosby’s carriage house, the property underwent expansions in 1979 and subsequent additions in 2008. Trainor completed work on guest homes, patio trellis, and the spa. The listing mentions a wine cellar in the home.
