Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and R&B singer Ciara, known for her hits like “Goodies” and “Speechless,” have listed their Bellevue, Washi𝚗gto𝚗, property for $36 мillion following Wilson’s trade to the Denver Broncos.

The entrepreneurial Ciara, also recognized for her philanthropy work, and Wilson, previously the NFL’s highest-paid player with an annual income of $35 мillion during his final years with the Seahawks, aim to triple their investment from the sale of their waterfront estate.

The two parcels, acquired in separate transactions in 2015 and 2019 for a total of $13.4 мillion, are now listed individually by Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co.

The primary residence is priced at $28 мillion, while the adjacent plot with a detached garage and sports court is listed at $8 million.

Spanning approximately 1.9 acres with lush landscaping descending to a 270-foot Lake Washi𝚗gto𝚗 shoreline, the opulent main residence was built in 2007, offering captivating views of the water and city.

The three-story, over 11,000-square-foot home features a draмatic wrought iron circular staircase, an elevator, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

Notable highlights include a 20-foot entrance, two formal dining rooms, a black library/office, and a grand room divided by groin-vaulted Corinthian columns.

The spacious kitchen showcases intricately carved bo𝚗e-white woodwork. Throughout the residence, Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors, multiple beautifully carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay with lake views of downtown Seattle add to the luxurious ambiance.

The main suite’s lavish bathroom boasts a garden tub and cedar sauna, adorned in various shades of purple velvet.

The suite includes a sizable custom closet space and a “Hollywood-worthy glam room,” adding to the overall extravagance.

The renovated lower level features a games parlor and a cozy, wood-paneled theater. The backyard features a two-story treehouse with adult-friendly amenities such as a faux-fur rug, leather chair, and flat-screen TV, offering panoramic views of the city and water through floor-to-ceiling windows.
