Public records indicate that at the time of acquiring this property, Adele already owned two other residences in the vicinity. In 2016, she bought a 6,500-square-foot home for $9.5 мillion, and in 2019, she acquired a 10,650-square-foot residence for $10.65 мillion. These properties were obtained through trusts linked to her business consultant.

Just a few months before listing this Beverly Hills home, Adele invested $58 мillion in a 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style property, previously owned by Sylvester Stallone, which had an initial listing price of $110 мillion.

The recently listed 5,500-square-foot residence boasts an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office with an exterior door, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, as well as a nearby den and breakfast alcove, according to listing images.

The upstairs main suite, as described in the advertisement, includes a fireplace, two closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower head, and a steam room, all separated by metal-framed doors.
