Discover the Opulent $22 мillion Beachfront Residence Owned by Dwyane Wade

NBA icon Dwyane Wade successfully sold his Miami Beach mansion for $22 мillion, marking the conclusion of nearly two years on the market, originally listed at $32.5 мillion.

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Wade initially acquired the property in 2010 for $10,645,000 and undertook significant renovations. The expansive 12,000-square-foot mansion, located on North Bay Road—an enclave frequented by business leaders and celebrities—boasts luxurious features such as a wine room, game room, swimming pool, home theater, and an outdoor basketball court.

After bidding farewell to the Miami Heat in 2019, the team he dedicated the majority of his career to, Wade listed the property for sale. Subsequently, he and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, purchased a residence in Los Angeles. Despite multiple price reductions, the mansion’s most recent listing was $26.5 мillion.

The transaction, where both buyer and seller were represented by Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman, has been confirmed without additional comments. Wade, who became a minor stakeholder in the Utah Jazz this year, continues to diversify his investments.

Married in 2014, Wade and Union share a child named Kaavia. The couple previously acquired a $17.9 мillion property in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, as per public records. Despite attempts to seek comments from their representative, no response was received.

As the sun set, casting a golden hue over Dwyane Wade’s Lavish Beach Mansion, a profound sense of accomplishment filled the air. The once-aspirational estate now stood as a testament to success and resilience. With loved ones by his side, Wade reflected on his journey, grateful for the bestowed blessings and excited about creating new chapters within the walls of his beachfront paradise.
