Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, former New York Knicks player David Lee, have put their Miami-area penthouse on the market for $42.5M. The couple acquired the condo unit at Palazzo Del Sol on Fisher Island for $18.7M in June 2021, as per records. Before this purchase, they sold a lower-floor unit for $16.25M earlier that same year.

Spanning five bedrooms and approximately 7,000 square feet of interior space, the penthouse features two terraces. Listing agent Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman геᴠеаled that the unit was initially purchased as raw space. 

The couple underwent a comprehensive renovation without budget constraints, incorporating high-end finishes like white-oak floors and a custom bar with views of Biscayne Bay. One terrace boasts a fire pit and hot tub, while the rooftop is equipped with a private pool and summer kitchen.
