TMZ initially reported the substantial purchase, revealing that Jenner managed to secure a favorable deal for the opulent estate situated in the prestigious Holmby Hills neighborhood. Originally listed at $55M, the property’s price had been reduced to $46M before Jenner’s purchase, allowing her to acquire the luxurious residence at a significant one-third discount from its initial asking price. 

The impressive estate boasts 19,250 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and 14 bathrooms, all exquisitely designed for Instagram-worthy moments.
