Less than a year after acquiring his hillside mansion in Los Angeles, Yo Gotti is putting it up for sale. 

The rapper, known for his “Recession Proof” status, is parting with his Westlake Village, California estate, which sits on a manicured 3-acre property featuring a full-size tennis court, two pools, a Tuscan-style home, and rose gardens.

Mario Mims, also known as Yo Gotti, gained prominence with his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” peaking at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. 

In the following year, his collaboration with Nicki Minaj on the song “Rake It Up” reached the top 10 of the Нot 100. The 41-year-old Gotti oversees Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).

Villa Forza in Westlake Village is now listed for $1 million more than Gotti paid for it in May. 

Boasting nearly 10,000 square feet of single-level living space, the mansion, constructed in the late 1990s, offers a picturesque view of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.

The interiors exude opulence, featuring a spacious foyer with a large skylight, offering views of the rolling hills and the backyard. The mansion includes six guest/family rooms, a library, a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. 

The master suite encompasses a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two bathrooms, closets, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.

Outside, the residence is adorned with meticulously maintained boxwood and rose gardens, towering palm trees, and tranquil waterfalls.
