It is close to Tyler Perry Studios, Perry’s 330-acre Atlanta film studio. As the majority of you are already aware, Tyler constructed a 30,000-square-foot residence in Georgia in 2007. This Atlanta mansion was situated on land that he purchased for $9 million. In 2016, he finally sold it for $17.5 million.

Recently, the buyer sold the property to comedian Steve Harvey for $15 million. The new residence also includes a sizable lap pool and a private airstrip.
