Usher bid farewell to the opulent mansion he had called home since the age of 13, selling it for $1.1 мillion less than his initial asking price.

The rapper, who expressed his desire to own the house in a 2003 episode of How I’m Living, originally spotted the property when it belonged to music producer L.A. Reid.

The 8,000-square-foot residence in Alpharetta, Georgia, boasts seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths, along with unique features such as a yoga studio, private dance studio, and climate-controlled treehouse, as reported by The Blast.
