In under a year since acquiring his hillside mansion in Los Angeles, Yo Gotti has decided to put it up for sale.
The three-acre estate of the ‘Recession Proof’ rapper, located in Westlake Village, California, is meticulously landscaped and features amenities such as a full-size tennis court, two pools, a Tuscan-style home, and rose gardens.
Known for his 2016 Һit album ‘The Art of Hustle,’ which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, and the subsequent success of his song ‘Rake It Up’ with Nicki Minaj in 2017, the 41-year-old Gotti is the head of Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).
Villa Forza in Westlake Village is now listed for a price tag that’s $1 million higher than Gotti’s acquisition in May. Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet on a single level, the mansion was built in the late 1990s and provides a scenic view of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.
The interior exudes opulence, featuring a grand foyer with a large skylight, offering views of rolling hills and the backyard through glass and metal double front doors. The residence includes six guest/family rooms, a library, an open family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a home gym, an executive office, a formal dining room, and a master suite with two bathrooms, closets, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
Outside, the property boasts well-maintained boxwood and rose gardens, large palm trees, and tranquil waterfalls. Numerous terraces overlooking the canyon provide space for alfresco dining and entertainment, complemented by an infinity-edge pool and a reflecting pool.
