Michael Jordan bought the Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster, the pinnacle of speed

Michael Jordan recently acquired the Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster, known as “the world’s fastest and most powerful convertible,” for $3.5 million. Jordan, one of only 30 owners worldwide, showcased the special moment at Grove XXIII, his Florida golf club, in a photo with Hennessey Performance CEO John Hennessey.

The Venom F5 Roadster, unveiled a year ago, features a carbon-fiber body with yellow pinstriping. Only 24 Venom F5 coupes were made in late 2022, making the Roadster less rare. Due to expanded production, the Roadster is priced at $3 million, while the coupe costs $2.1 million. Jordan’s Nike licensing and Jordan Brand brought in $256 million and $5.9 billiоn, respectively, last year. He also co-owns 23XI NASCAR.The Venom F5 has a mid-mounted twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V8 engine, delivering 1,817 horsepower and 1,193 pound-feet of torque. The roadster has a removable 18-pound carbon-fiber top panel, and its weight without a canopy is 3,100 pounds, slightly more than the coupe. The rear features tempered glass for a view of the engine.
