Peek Inside Alexandra Daddario’s $7.7M Нɑnϲоck Park Home, Star of White Lotus

White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario and her husband, film producer Andrew Form, just sold their 4,900-square-foot Нɑnϲоck Park, Los Angeles mansion for $7.7 million. Built in 1927, the main house and its detached two-storey guest house are hidden away behind gates and high hedges, amid one of the neighborhood’s most celeb-studded streets.

The exterior gets its Mediterranean character from stucco walls with a terracotta roof.  A wide walkway leads past Italian cypress and olive trees. The spacious living room has a wood-burning fireplace which makes for a comfortable sitting area. In the airy blue dining room, French doors open out to the terrace and garden.

The breakfast nook is situated beside an al fresco dining area, making it easy to entertain inside or out. The open-concept kitchen features eggshell blue cabinets, Calacatta gold marble countertops, a generous eat-in island and stainless appliances.

Custom built-in shelves are a focal point in the spacious home office. Each of the three ensuite bedrooms has impressive architectural details. This room has a Euro vibe with beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace.

The outdoor lounge area is naturally shaded by tall Sycamore trees in the courtyard. The 60-foot lap pool is shielded from prying eyes with a high hedge. The two-story guest house is equipped with bedrooms and full baths. An inset seating niche tucked under an arch is a great hangout spot for lazy afternoons.
