Actor Damson Idris Elevates His Real Estate Portfolio with a Lavish Mansion in Studio City

British actor Damson Idris, renowned for his standout performance in the FX crime drama “Snowfall,” has significantly expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a recently renovated residence in the upscale Studio City neighborhood above Los Angeles, for a substantial sum of $3.85 мillion.

Idris gained recognition through his roles alongside Kate Beckinsale in “Farming” and his part in the Netflix science fiction action movie “Outside the Wire” in 2018. However, it was his breakthrough portrayal as a youthful heroin dealer in “Snowfall” that propelled him to fame and financial success.

He is set to take on a producer’s role for the show’s highly anticipated fifth season.

The 1964 two-story house features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and has undergone recent refurbishments. Marketed as a “stunning Montecito modern residence,” it boasts elegant pale European wood floorboards, designer finishes, and a comprehensive home automation system for lighting, sound, and security.

The open floor plan, spanning over 4,700 square feet, includes a central hall flanked by formal living and dining rooms. The dining area seamlessly connects to a chic eat-in kitchen with black and white marble countertops, gold-toned fixtures on Shaker-style cabinetry, and an oversized butler’s pantry.

The family area opens up to the rear, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence comprises four guest bedrooms, two with separate bathrooms, and two sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath.

The primary bedroom boasts a spa-like bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and picturesque mountain views.

The backyard, integrated into the custom-planted hillside, features a trapezoidal plunge pool and spa, expansive concrete terracing, a built-in grill and seating, and evergreen Astroturf.

With this lavish real estate acquisition, Damson Idris solidifies his position in both the entertainment industry and his ventures in real estate.
