Alicia Keys, a Grammy award-winning artist, and her husband Swizz Beatz, a music producer, recently finalized the sale of their Phoenix vacation residence for an impressive $3.1M. Despite this transaction, the couple continues to reside in their ultra-modern home in La Jolla, California.

The pair spent $20.8M to buy the beautiful Razor House in 2019. 

This mansion is a design enthusiast’s dream with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean cliffs, over 10,000 square feet of living space, and numerous terraces spread throughout the multiple levels.

The distinctive La Jolla mansion, created by Wallace E. Cunningham, has appeared in ads for Calvin Klein and the Visa Black Card. 

Highlights of the design include a glass elevator in the underground garage, a 5,100-square-foot infinity pool, and a unique pool table made of stainless steel and glass by Ralph Lauren.
