From what the Robb Report says, actress Zoe Saldana is selling her traditional white brick home for US$16.5 million. Even though it was built in 1974, the three-story building has a lot of charming Old Hollywood touches, like the tennis court and walls covered in ivy.

It was model and businesswoman Kimora Lee Simmons who sold the house to the actress for $8.7 million in the spring of 2016. She is best known for her roles in Star Trek, Avatar, and Guardians of the Galaxy. The house is hidden away on a half-acre lot in Hidden Valley Estates, which is also home to Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Lawrence, Adele, and Nicole Kidman.
