Inside $6.75M NASCAR Kevin Harvick’s ‘Talladega Nights’ Estate which includes a gourmet kitchen, a billiards room, an infinity pool, and a sauna

Legendary driver Kevin Harvick of NASCAR is retiring, but he’s not giving up on racing entirely. An estate that was featured in one of the most recognizable scenes from the beloved comedy Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby has been acquired by the race car champion and his spouse.

According to the Charlotte Business Journal, 47-year-old Harvick and his spouse, DeLana Harvick, paid $6.75M for the 12,042-square-foot, six-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom estate that is situated right on the water in Cornelius, North Carolina.

The magnificent house has all the best amenities, such as:

A gourmet kitchen featuring two dishwashers and two ovens.

A pool table area featuring a projector screen and a wet bar.

An owner’s apartment upstairs with a balcony that overlooks the lake and a fιreplace.

A vault door in an anxious room.

A putting green, two docks, a boat lift, and a barbecue.

A heated pool and infinity spa.

The estate served as the backdrop for one of Talladega Nights’ most iconic scenes, in which Will Ferrell’s character Ricky Bobby starts to express gratitude by humming, “Dear Lord Baby…”

Harvick competed in racing for 23 years, winning 60 Cup Series events as well as the 2014 title, according to CBS Sports. It was his last race on November 5. His new residence is in “NASCAR Row”, where he will be surrounded by NASCAR Hall of Fame team owner Joe Gibbs, Doug Yates, an engine builder, and fellow racer Billy Boat.
