Exploring the Luxurious Mansion Where Jordan Clarkson and His Girlfriend Found Enjoyment

Jordan Clarkson boldly sold his partially occupied Sherman Oaks mansion for $7.5 million, surpassing both his initial asking price of $6.8 million and the $5.7 million he paid for the property in late 2020.

Public records indicate that Denver DJ and EDM producer Nick Miller, widely known as Illenium, is the new owner.

For those unfamiliar with Illenium, the accomplished 31-year-old kickstarted his music career as a bedroom producer in 2013.

He gained recognition by winning “Remix of the Year” for “Sɑy It” at the 2017 Electronic Music Awards. Despite overcoming past struggles with drᴜg addiction, he made Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list. Illenium’s 2019 album, “Ascend,” reached No. 14 on the Billboard 200, and he is a regular performer at major festivals like Coachella and Bonnaroo.

The 2019 modern farmhouse-style mansion, spanning 8,000 square feet and surrounded by walls and gates, boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a brick motorcourt.

Its design features handcrafted woodwork, lighting, and rustic indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Noteworthy elements include a loft-style living space, a movie theater with a drop-down projector, and an executive office separated from the “showroom” garage by a glass wall.

The gourmet kitchens are equipped with Wolf and SubZero appliances, a spacious central island with a breakfast bar, and butler’s pantries.

The family room, adjacent to the kitchen, showcases a vaulted ceiling and a book-matched quartz slab fireplace. A transparent, temperature-controlled winҽ showcase graces the formal dining room.

The primary master bedroom, larger of the two, includes a fireplace, two walk-in closets, a patio, and a quartz bathroom with two vanities, a double shower, and a steam unit.

Jordan Clarkson’s mansion, now in the possession of Illenium, stands as a testament to luxurious living with its elegant design and modern amenities.
