The winger has explored relocation options with fellow countryman Alexander-Arnold, who desires to leave his current residence in South Manchester. Alexander-Arnold presently resides on the same street as Paul Pogba’s former Manchester United teammate, Alisson Becker.
Reportedly, Sterling aims to sell his Cheshire mansion for around £4.5 million, potentially yielding a handsome profit of £1.4 million. This move would facilitate his £45 million transfer to Chelsea, a deal he reportedly eyes. Currently, the 27-year-old shares the residence with his fiancée, Paige Milian, a real estate entrepreneur, and their two young sons.
Situated near Crewe, the house boasts five luxurious bedrooms and features a contemporary grey color scheme on its walls. A wildlife pond enhances the property’s charm in the nearby marshland. Upon entering the front entrance, visitors encounter a matte black staircase and a grand piano. Sterling and Milian have added white marble tops and glossy cabinets to complement the stone flooring in the kitchen, where chic red seats accompany a sizable island.
