Explore the Splendor of Raheem Sterling’s Luxurious Mansion, especially an Object of Universal Admiration

As the Manchester City star approaches a move to Chelsea, Raheem Sterling is in discussions to sell his £3.1 million Cheshire property to Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool.

The winger has explored relocation options with fellow countryman Alexander-Arnold, who desires to leave his current residence in South Manchester. Alexander-Arnold presently resides on the same street as Paul Pogba’s former Manchester United teammate, Alisson Becker.

Reportedly, Sterling aims to sell his Cheshire mansion for around £4.5 million, potentially yielding a handsome profit of £1.4 million. This move would facilitate his £45 million transfer to Chelsea, a deal he reportedly eyes. Currently, the 27-year-old shares the residence with his fiancée, Paige Milian, a real estate entrepreneur, and their two young sons.

Situated near Crewe, the house boasts five luxurious bedrooms and features a contemporary grey color scheme on its walls. A wildlife pond enhances the property’s charm in the nearby marshland. Upon entering the front entrance, visitors encounter a matte black staircase and a grand piano. Sterling and Milian have added white marble tops and glossy cabinets to complement the stone flooring in the kitchen, where chic red seats accompany a sizable island. Sterling’s living room, furnished with grey velvet-covered furniture, provides unmatched comfort during his downtime from football.

The house comprises two bathrooms, the first exhibiting a royal-themed color scheme of indigo, with powerful shower jets integrated into the wall. A custom-designed bath is seamlessly integrated near the window on the other side of the room. The second bathroom embraces a more modern feel, featuring ivory wooden wall panels and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi centrally positioned.

Successful completion of the property deal in the coming weeks could pave the way for Sterling to leave Etihad this summer, as negotiations with Chelsea progress.

The £45 million transfer of the England international to Thomas Tuchel’s team is strongly rumored as Todd Boehly aims to make a noteworthy signing in his initial transfer dealings.

Believed to be in advanced negotiations, the two teams are on the verge of finalizing the deal. Prior to his anticipated move to Stamford Bridge after seven years with Manchester United, Sterling has been in discussions with his England teammates at Chelsea about residing in London.

While Sterling made 44 appearances for City last season, scoring 17 goals, many were as a substitute. As he approaches the peak of his career, the forward expresses a desire to start more games. With his contract set to expire in 2023, Sterling prepares for a fresh start following his exclusion from the semi-final matches against Real Madrid last year.

Since his contentious departure from Liverpool to City in a £50 million deal in 2015, Sterling has achieved considerable success. Over seven years, he has become one of the team’s most decorated players, securing four Premier League championships, four League Cups, and an FA Cup. However, it now appears that the 77-cap England player may return to the English city where he spent his formative years before leaving QPR for Liverpool.
