The paparazzi have been following Travis Kelce’s every move since he was linked to Taylor Swift a few months ago. While Kelce was already a household name among NFL fans, the scenario changes when you’re dealing with a multi-Grammy winner.

Kelce is still getting used to the life of dating an A-list star, despite a significant increase in jersey sales and social media followers. According to TMZ, Kelce’s old home in Briarcliff West became too accessible and was dubbed a “tourist attraction” due to the number of visitors who stopped by each day to grab photos of the power couple.

Kelce reportedly paid $6M for a mansion in a gated community in Kansas City to try to keep his personal life quiet. When compared to his previous seven-bedroom home, which cost him less than $1M, the new property is a significant upgrade. Outside of the seven bedrooms, Kelce’s old house was magnificent in its way. It already featured five bathrooms, a terrace with a magnificent view of the woods surrounding the region, and a built-in bar and pool table to entertain his guests.

It’s safe to assume Kelce went all in on this mansion, or that Swift wanted Kelce to buy it because she was with him when he went house searching. Travis Kelce purchased the home immediately after receiving a $1M discount on the home, which was initially listed for $6.9M on Realtor.com

His new residence is around 17,000 square feet in size, representing a 7,000 increase in living space over his former mansion. Looking inside, you’ll notice the following: Six bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, six bathrooms, a media room, a wine cellar, and a finished bar.

Step outside to find a swimming pool (complete with a waterfall), an outdoor restaurant, a tennis and pickleball court, and a miniature golf course. In the end, given the amenities, it’s a home that’s well worth the money.

But we’re sure Kelce’s primary thought when he acquired this home was to give him and Swift some alone time. That is worth to cost $6M.
