James Harden Invests in Extravagance: Acquires Expansive Mansion with Spacious Bar for Nightly Revelries

James Harden, recognized as one of the most accomplished players in NBA history, has progressed from being the Sixth Man of the Year with the Oklahoma City Thunder to earning the NBA MVP title with the Houston Rockets, showcasing his remarkable scoring and playmaking abilities.

As a prominent player for the Philadelphia 76ers, you might be curious about Harden’s lifestyle reflecting his league accomplishments.

Situated on a vast 26,000-square-foot property, his residence features 12 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms.

Noteworthy for its distinctive modern and minimalist design, primarily constructed with steel, Harden’s home in Rivercrest stands out among its counterparts.

Within the estate, Harden enjoys a range of amenities, including a fitness center, wine cellar, office, complete bar, theater area, and a master bedroom.

Beyond the mansion’s confines, Harden embraces the outdoors with a backyard equipped with a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and a cabana. Harden’s status as one of the highest-paid players in the league is unsurprising, considering his NBA superstar stature.

Following a challenging stint with the Brooklyn Nets, he secured a two-year, $68.6 million contract extension last summer upon his trade to Philadelphia.

However, with a player option for the 2023–2024 season, Harden might once again enter free agency in July, potentially returning to Houston.
