LeBron James Adds $39M Beverly Hills Mansion to LA Collection

James’ new home has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, seven fireplaces, a screening room, a lighted tennis court, and a two-bathroom pool house.

In Beverly Hills, LeBron James has just completed the acquisition of his third house in Los Angeles, a 13,000 square foot property.

LeBron James owns two more properties in Brentwood in addition to this one in the Los Angeles county.

The Beverly Hills house was listed online for $39million, but the 35-year-old superstar’s purchase price is unknown.

The 2.5-acre promontory mansion was erected in 1934. The estate overlooks downtown Los Angeles, the beach, and the Santa Monica Mountains from a long road and motor court.

The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful co-creator Lee Phillip Bell lived in Beverly Hills.

It has 9,146 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. It has two bedroom suites and several social rooms.

The tennis court at James’ new house is lighted and comes with the house.

Sports business reporter Darren Rovell posted photos of the mansion on Twitter, showing skylights, indoor fountains, and walls of glass sliders that open to city vistas.

James’ new home features seven fireplaces, a screening room, a lighted tennis court, and a pool house with two bathrooms. In addition, there are other luxuries such as a screening room and a pool.

Zillow reports that the property in question features a guest house.

James’ most recent estate in Beverly Hills came with a price tag of $39 million, though it is unknown how much the NBA superstar actually spent for the property.
