Inside Travis Scott’s Houses: a $23.5M Ultra-Modern L.A. Mansion which includes 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 3 powder rooms spread across three levels and 17,000 square feet of living space

Travis Scott lives in a 17,000 square foot ultra-modern estate located on a hilltop overlooking the Los Angeles hills,  and it includes almost every luxury facility you could think of (and some you wouldn’t think of, like an underwater music system for the infinity pool).

Inside Travis Scott's Yacht Inspired Home

The property was designed by the Southern California-based architectural company de Loren & Associates with a luxury yacht-inspired architecture and a focus on wellness.

When it was first advertised in 2019, the all-star marketing team hailed the mansion as “a true triumph in design, crafted for its residents and guests to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy special moments.”

While the wellness aspect is prominently emphasized throughout the property, there’s no doubting that Travis Scott’s house is a party beast.

The mansion features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three powder rooms, and 17,000 square feet of living area divided across three stories.

It includes a 610-bottle wine cellar, a movie theater, a state-of-the-art gym, a 300-square-foot green wall, and a lower-level entertainment room with a complete bar, pool table, and much more.

To add to the property’s appeal, renowned Japanese artist Toshi Kawabata designed three custom pieces for it, including a somewhat unusual curved walnut bar.

Hand-selected marble components were imported from Italy.

But don’t be fooled by the exceptional attention paid to the interiors.

The outdoor space is equally stunning, with a 10,000-square-foot landscape that includes a 75-foot infinity edge pool with views of the hills.

Scott can blast music from the pool’s underwater sound system during his pool parties.

There’s also a Jacuzzi, a calm 400-square-foot Zen garden, and a magnificent water wall created by Mario Romano for extra soothing activities.

Naturally, the outdoor patio provides plenty gathering and dining space, so Scott will no doubt host some unforgettable parties in his enormous L.A. mansion.

His guests can park in either the three-car enclosed garage or the outside motor court, which can accommodate more than 15 cars.

Despite its already outstanding size, the recording artist may intend to enlarge it further. Travis purchased the property next door a year after purchasing his big mansion.

The real estate watchers at Dirt.com revealed that he paid $5.8 million for the next door abode, which has a single-story midcentury structure built in 1963. However, Scott was most likely simply interested in the land itself, which would increase his property to around 1.3 contiguous acres.
