With no improvements, Kanye West’s $57 million Malibu property is falling apart, leaving it in total disоrder.
The rapper, meantime, partied all week long at Art Basel in Miami with his spouse, Bianca Censori.
In 2021, the rapper bought the house.
The 46-year-old Kanye bought the 4,000-square-foot property in Malibu, California, in September of 2021. However, by November 2022, the rapper had stopped all of the renovations on the $57 million home. 
Even though the house has a stunning view of the ocean, it is currently in disrepair. More than two years after Kanye bought the mansion, it is evident from new pictures taken of it this week that no maintenance has been done for more than a year.The Malibu beach house, a shell of concrete with rusting railings and debris covering it, is an eyesore along the shore. The building has been exposed to the elements, allowing it to deteriorate gradually.
Without any type of finishing to safeguard the foundation, the rooms are abandoned. As all of this is going on, the neighboring mansions along the posh beach row are finished with luxurious windows, roofing, and furnishings.

While he and his 28-year-old wife, Bianca Censori, have been having a wild time in Miami, Florida, Kanye doesn’t appear to be in the slightest bit concerned about his vacation home going into ruin. On Monday, the creator and architect of Yeezy was spotted at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen.
The Australian performer chuckled in the video while DJ Sky High Baby twerked over her. During the outing, she wore nothing but a sheer bodysuit and a fur hat as an accessory.
