Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., widely known as Nelly, has recently listed his vacant mansion in Wildwood, Missouri, for sale at an appealing price of $600,000.

This unexpected move comes after the 46-year-old rapper acquired the property in 2002 with plans to sell, but both the mansion and the envisioned project remained dormant.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Nelly had initially intended to collaborate with a contractor friend to renovate the house, as reported by TMZ. 

However, these proposed renovations never materialized, and over the years, the condition of the property gradually deteriorated.

Now at a point where he aims to minimize his losses, the “Ride with Me” rapper has chosen to part ways with the venture. The mansion has recently been listed for sale for the first time, marking a significant departure from its initial purchase price of $2,499,000. The exact amount Nelly paid for the property remains undisclosed.

Built in 1998, the dwelling is conveniently situated near the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Eureka, approximately 30 miles from St. Louis.
