Michael B. Jordan, known for his role in “Creed,” is listing his Los Angeles residence for $12.995 million, as indicated by listing agent Andrew Mortaza of The Agency.
Acquiring the property in May 2022, Jordan invested nearly $500,000 in enhancing its security and air conditioning systems.
Situated in the prestigious Royal Estates area of Encino, the eight-bedroom mansion spans almost 12,300 square feet.
Purchased for $12.51 million in May 2022, the mansion, constructed in 2021, boasts amenities such as a gym with a hоt tub, a home cinema with a snack bar, a glass-enclosed wine room, and an elevator.
The main bedroom suite includes two extra-large walk-in closets, contributing to the property’s overall “wow” factor.
The nearly half-acre grounds feature a two-story guesthouse, a separate massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana with a fireplace.
Mortaza expressed uncertainty about Jordan’s motivation for selling. In addition to his film career, Jordan is set to appear in and direct “Creed III” later this year, and he is involved in the marketing firm Obsidianworks.
According to Redfin, Encino’s median sale price was approximately $1.18 million in November, reflecting a 6.2% decrease from the same month in 2021.
