Paul George invested a substantial amount to acquire the mansion his wife liked and live a satisfying life after the wedding

Even though NBA star Paul George, also known as “PG-13,” recently joined the Los Angeles Clippers, he and his longtime partner Daniela Rajic are reportedly so enamored with the West Coast that they are upgrading their local living arrangements.

George invested $16.1 million in a three-story Pacific Palisades mansion on L.A.’s Westside.

This Palisades residence has a celebrity history, changing ownership three times since its construction in late 2014.

In late 2015, former Clipper DeAndre Jordan purchased it for $12.7 million but sold it at a million-dollar loss to hedge funder Curtis Macnguyen after living there for only six months.

Macnguyen, the previous owner, recently sold the estate to George in an off-market deal for $4.3 million before taxes and realtor fees.

The Cape Cod-style mansion, built on speculation by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati, is situated in the highly sought-after Riviera neighborhood with over 10,000 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and ten baths.

The property features luxurious amenities, including a wine room, a master suite with ocean views, a backyard with a putting green, a pool, outdoor kitchen, and a half-court basketball court.

George, no stranger to L.A. real estate, previously acquired a warehouse-sized estate in Hidden Hills while playing for the Indiana Pacers, showcasing his familiarity with the city’s upscale housing market.

Despite being less expensive than his new Palisades home, the Hidden Hills property boasts 16,000 square feet of living space and an outdoor basketball court, with neighbors including Drake, Howie Mandel, and Vin Scully.
