Raheem Sterling Is Spending £7.5M On a Five-bedroom Luxury Mansion For His Little Family

According to MailOnline, Raheem Sterling purchased £2.3 M for a parcel of land held by King Charles and is building a vast £7 M luxury residence on it. The England star purchased a 3.5-acre site in Berkshire owned by the Crown Estate.

Because the property is controlled by the Crown Estate, which holds and controls the Monarch’s “hereditary possessions,” Charles will effectively be Sterling’s landlord, to whom the billionaire player must pay a monthly fee. After demolishing an existing house and barns on the property, construction on the star’s new five-bedroom home is already well advanced.

Although it now resembles a mud bath, aerial photos show what looks to be a stunning pool or water feature taking development on a terrace at the back of the opulent residence with steps going to the intended garden beyond. When finished, Sterling’s magnificent new home, which is projected to have a value of about £7 M, will be surrounded by woods and include a sizable basement with an underground pool and a two-lane bowling alley.
