Normani and her husband find happiness after making a million-dollar profit on their L.A. starter home

Normani initially gained fame and money as a teenager on “The X Factor” and in “Fifth Harmony,” one of the world’s most successful girl groups. Since going solo in 2018, the 26-year-old singer and dancer has released several catchy duets with big stars, including “Love Lies” with Khalid, which has been viewed almost a quarter BιIIιоn times on YouTube, “Diamonds” with Megan Thee Stallion, and last year’s “Wild Side” with Cardi B.

Two years ago, the “Motivation” singer bought a $3 million ultra-modern mansion in Sherman Oaks, L.A. With her long-awaited first solo record still in the works, the budding singer has put her multimillion-dollar starter house back on the market for a lucrative $4 million.

Behind a high wall and locked gates, the two-year-old home is empty and ready to sale. Six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms are on three stories in 4,800 square feet with a faux-turfed front yard.

A glass-railed staircase and a floor-to-ceiling wine display cabinet surround open living and entertaining rooms. The kitchen has a huge island, light wood cabinets, designer equipment, and dramatically veined marble-like worktops and backsplashes.

Glass walls expose the family area and kitchen to the tropical garden. A modest loggia, lounge area with fire pit, built-in barbecue, and zero-edge pool and spa are in the yard.

Listings promise “a velvet upholstered mudroom-style entry” and a rooftop terrace with outdoor cooking and panoramic views of the nearby trees. The basement offers a second wine display area behind glass in the triangular space beneath the stairs, a home cinema, a lounge, and an en-suite guest/staff bedroom.
