The new residence of DJ Khaled in Jamaica will be the opulent Rio Chico Private Estate.

Gordon “Butch” Stewart, a Jamaican hotelier and industrialist, announced on Tuesday that he would be selling the property to the “We The Best Music Group” CEO.

“DJ Khaled and Butch Stewart of Sandals Records don’t want me to sell you the house,” I said. In a video uploaded by his son, Adam Stewart, the founder and chairman of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts exclaimed, “Another one!

 

 

 

Khaled first expressed his desire to acquire the property in a video posted on Monday, in which the American DJ and record producer thanked the proprietors for allowing him to remain at their 14-acre villa but requested that they sell it to him.
