Step Inside Scarlett Johansson’s $3 Million LA Residence: A Tour of the ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Star’s Home

Scarlett Johansson, who reprises her role as Black Widow in the highly-anticipated film Avengers: Infinity War, is an avid house-hunter. The 33-year-old actor made her most recent property purchase in 2014, when she and her then-husband Romain Dauriac paid $3.88 million for a home in Los Angeles’ historic and affluent Los Feliz neighbourhood.

The two-story, 3,500-square-foot home was initially built in the 1940s and features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It is tucked away behind a secure gate on nearly an acre of land at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

The main-floor living spaces include a small central entry/stair hall and a spacious, step-down living room with glass sliders and a carved marble mantelpiece. Espresso-hued wood floors wind throughout the living spaces, which also include a small central entry/stair hall and a small central entry/stair hall. The adjacent den also features glass sliders and a wet bar. The dining room is adjacent to a white kitchen with a centre island and a laundry area. The master suite on the upper level features a sitting area with a fireplace, a step-out balcony with views of the Hollywood sign, a fitted walk-in wardrobe and a sky-lit bathroom that is beyond cool. Along the inside angle of the front facade is a narrow veranda that descends to a lawn, a small dining terrace and built-in grill area, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi for eight people, and a poolside cabana.

Scarlett Johansson, star of Avengers: Infinity War, purchased a Spanish home from the 1930s for $3 million in the celebrity-studded Outpost Estates neighbourhood in May 2007 and subsequently sold it for $4 million in June 2010. Johansson and her then-husband Ryan Reynolds penned a hefty $2.9 million cheque for a 1960s post-and-beam masterpiece designed by Buff and Hensman and located in the Los Feliz hills. However, the home was sold for $3.5 million in May 2012, following the couple’s separation. In June of 2013, Johansson sold a Hollywood Versailles Tower condominium for $470,000.
