Rapper Lil Pump, known by his real name Gazzy Garcia, has returned to Miami and recently acquired a waterfront mansion for $4.6 million.
This impressive 5,100-square-foot residence offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and was originally listed for $4.89 million by Douglas Elliman’s Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck. The 18-year-old rapper will undoubtedly enjoy hosting gatherings on the spacious rooftop patio located on the third level, complete with a stunning living wall, artificial grass, and sunset vistas.
The elegant home, meticulously designed by LF Development and situated in an upscale neighborhood on Normandy Island, boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and high-end finishes throughout. LF Development is well-known among Miami’s affluent residents and also developed the Miami Beach residence purchased by NBA player Hassan Whiteside.
Dominguez highlights, “The kitchen features custom African wood with Italian design,” and there’s even a concealed pantry for storing various dry goods and food items. The Smeg appliances and the floating cabinets above the kitchen window add to the kitchen’s appeal. Another noteworthy feature is the stunning Italian marble flooring in the spacious living area.
Dominguez further explains that the house’s minimalist architecture and the Rex Alabastri-designed tiles caught the attention of everyone who visited.
Most of the bedrooms offer bay views, and the bathrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and motorized coverings.
Given the mansion’s various outdoor amenities, Garcia and his crew might find themselves spending a lot of time outdoors. The property includes custom ipe wood decking, artificial grass, a heated pool and spa, and the impressive party deck on the top level.
Lil Pump made a significant impact on the rap scene in 2017 with his single “Gucci Gang,” which has garnered over half a billion streams on Spotify. He returned this year with his latest album, “Harverd Dropout,” featuring the chart-topping single “I Love It.”
