Step Inside Jordan Clarkson’s Glamorous Mansion: Where Fun and Luxury Collide
Jordan Clarkson made a bold move by selling his barely occupied mansion in Sherman Oaks for $7.5 miℓℓio𝚗. That amount is significantly higher than the NBA star’s initial $6.8 miℓℓio𝚗 asking price as well as the $5.7 miℓℓio𝚗 the former Laker and current Utah Jazz player paid for the house in late 2020.
Public documents rеvеal that the new owner of the modern home is DJ and electronic dance music (EDM) producer Nick Miller, also known as Illenium, of Denver.
Do you not know what Illium is? The talented musician, 31, made his debut on the music industry in 2013 as a little-known bedroom producer.
At the 2017 Electronic Music Awards, he received “Remix of the Year” for his work on “Say It.” The Forbes “30 Under 30” list-maker and former drᴜg addict’s 2019 album “Ascend” peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard 200, and he has established himself as a mainstay at music festivals like Coachella and Bonnaroo.
The walled and gated building, which was constructed in 2019 in the popular modern farmhouse style, has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, an expansive brick motorcourt, and 8,000 square feet.
The rustic-chic interiors of the two-story home feature custom woodwork, lighting, and integrated indoor-outdoor living spaces. A loft-style living space, a movie theater with a drop-down projector, and an executive office with a glass wall separating it from the “showroom” garage are a few of the chic features.
High-end Wolf and SubZero appliances, a roomy center island with a breakfast bar, and a butler’s pantry are all elements of the gourmet kitchen. The family room next to it has a soaring fireplace with book-matched quartz slabs and a vaulted ceiling. Additionally, a transparent, temperature-controlled wine showcase may be seen in the formal dining area.
Additionally, there are two master bedrooms, the biggest of which has a fireplace, two walk-in closets, a patio, and a quartz bathroom with two vanities, a double shower, and a steam unit.
The flat, grassy grounds of the half-acre property are particularly impressive and feature a patio with a handcrafted firepit, an infinity-edged pool and Jacuzzi, a fireside cabana, a built-in BBQ, a putting green, and a sports court.
Zeev Perez of Keller Williams Realty Encino-Sherman Oaks handled the listing, and Ken Zietz of Rodeo Realty handled the buyer’s representation.
