Indulge in the Opulence and Love of Lil Nas X’s Lavish New Home, Now Shared with His Adoring Boyfriend
Montero Hill, better known to his мιIIιоnꜱ of Instagram and TikTok followers as Lil Nas X, announced earlier this month that he is now “officially a homeowner.”
Now, according to public records, everyone’s beloved 21-year-old country-rap cowboy hybrid has transported his horse and Porsche to the valley, where he has spent approximately $2.4 million on a remodeled 1950s home in a verdant section of Sherman Oaks.
The hillside property, which was last sold in 2017 for close to $1 million, has undergone extensive renovations over the past four years. The old town road leads to a two-car garage perched high on the street; the entrance to the transparent front door is located past a waterfall and pond.
The expansive great room integrates distinct dining and living areas, with the latter featuring a linear fireplace set into a stone mantelpiece. Wide-plank hardwood floors extend into the room. There are recessed lighting interspersed throughout ceilings and walls comprised entirely of white.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and features a long island and high-end appliances, including two ovens and a wine chiller.
A large glass pocket door directly connects the main living areas to a veranda with what the listing terms “unbelievable panoramic views” of the San Fernando Valley skyline.
Four of the four apartments in the residence have private bathrooms. Two of the rooms are set up as a fitness center and an office, while the master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with panoramic views.
In addition to the attached bathroom’s dual vanities and Jacuzzi tub, there is a walk-in closet with custom built-ins.
According to the listing, the home contains a “ꜱеϲгеt room” somewhere. In the backyard, a timber veranda extends towards the horizon. While there is no conventional swimming pool on the property, a jacuzzi-style facility with distinct pool and leisure sections is available.
The listing was held by Jeremy Daniels-Stock of Barefoot Realty, and the buyer was represented by Myles Lewis of Compass.
