Rick Ross Splurges $37M on a Star Island Mansion Fit for a Hip-Hop King

A lavish nine-bedroom property on Miami’s Star Island will cost Rick Ross upwards of $37 mιllιon buy.

According to the Wall Street Journal, famous people including Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan have all resided on Star Island over the years.

The island gained prominence when Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez bought a 10-bedroom mansion in 2020.

Rick, 47, who grew up in the Miami suburb where Flo Rida was born, lives on Star Island, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Rick reportedly plans to restore the lavish mansion after investing millions in its purchase. His new 40,000-square-foot home features six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.

The ultra-luxurious beachfront residence boasts a backyard wooden harbor with ocean access.

After moving in, Rick can enjoy conveniences like an entertainment space.

Money In The Grave rapper will close on the estate, which went on the market in May, reports said.

He previously purchased the Miami home of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million two years ago, as reported by Architectural Digest.

Rick said on REVOLT’s Assets Over Liabilities that he hasn’t slept at Amare’s home yet, months after purchasing it.

But, he thought, “Guess what? It is possible to sell the home for up to $3 million more than the initial purchase price.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Rick Ross paid Meek Mill $4.2 million to acquire his Atlanta property a few months ago.

Rick acquired a million-dollar Atlanta mansion out of curiosity when he began earning substantial money as a rapper.

In a 2021 interview, Rick said, “Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta.” We often stopped at this place while cycling and exclaimed, “God dɑmn.”

He stated, “After my deal and circumstance, I bought a mùllιon-dollar home just around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, for daily commutes in Atlanta. That was the play.”

The 109-room Georgia house purchased by Rick from Evander Holyfield, known as The Promise Land, is his greatest accomplishment.
