What’s inside the mansion that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided to sell after the divorce

Kanye West purchased a single-story home directly across the street, The Post can confirm, two months after Kim Kardashian formally transferred the marital residence into her name.

Apparently, he desired the modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom home so badly that he paid $4.5 million for it, which was $421,000 more than the asking price.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence in Hidden Hills was listed for $4.079 million on December 1 for the first time in 67 years, according to the listing.

According to public records, West, 44, closed on the residence on December 20 under the LLC, Spruce Blue Trust.

And despite the fact that the “Donda” vocalist has expressed his desire to “get his family back together,” a source told The Post that this property purchase was primarily for the ex-couple’s children.

The insider explained, “It’s just simple logistics so he can be close to his children and have immediate access to them.”

However, it appears that the home will require improvements, as it is a far departure from what the Kardashian-Wests are accustomed to.
