The lavish $16.5M California Mansion of Grammy Winner Bruno Mars

Album of the Year was awarded to singer/songwriter Bruno Mars at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, the most coveted award of the evening. The victory capped off a fantastic evening for Bruno Mars. Seven Grammy awards were bestowed upon him, including Record of the Year for “24K Magic” and Song of the Year for “That’s What I Like.” There’s more. Additionally, he garnered awards for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song for “That’s What I Like.” Bruno Mars’ 9,000-square-foot residence in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, which he purchased in 2015, will require additional shelf space to accommodate his Grammy awards.

Bruno Mars paid a staggering $6.5 M for a property situated on two acres of land in Fryman Canyon, the same neighborhood where George Clooney resides. In a double-gated community, Bruno Mar’s California Dream estate features a wine cellar, a family room with a bar, and a children’s wing with two bedrooms. There are also steam bathtubs and dry saunas, an infinity pool and heated cabana, and a playground for children.

 

 

 

 

The Former Owner of Bruno Mars’s residence
Elvira Kudryashova, daughter of a former Kazakhstan minister who was being sued by a California federal court for allegedly defrauding the Kazakh city of Almaty of at least $300 M, is reportedly the vendor in the real estate transaction. Kudryashova reportedly paid $5.7 M for the mansion in 2013, but resold it less than a year later for approximately $7.8 M. Mars purchased it for $6.5 M after the price fell to $6.8 M.
