On a bright Tuesday, a splendid mansion with six bedrooms, originally constructed in 1981 by NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson, has been put on the market in Moraga Estates. This exclusive gated enclave resides in the affluent Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles. The listing price for this luxurious residence is set at $14.5 million.

The home, encompassing over 10,000 square feet, was meticulously designed to fulfill the preferences of Mr. Johnson. Renowned for his role as a legendary point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers and his activism, he crafted this residence to his exact specifications. Compass agent Nancy Ellin, who not only represents the property but is also the seller, provides marketing materials that highlight the distinctive features of the mansion.

Within the property’s listing, it is mentioned that the walls of the home’s locker room bear the signatures of “numerous notable NBA players.” Notably, the residence boasts an indoor basketball court of substantial size within this locker room.
