This mansion serves as the headquarters for the popular K-pop sensation BTS. Bang Si Hyuk’s financial success is noteworthy, with Forbes estimating his net worth to be around $2.9 billion.

Multiple real estate listing websites have documented that Bang Si Hyuk secured the property on Stradella Road for approximately $26.4 million USD. It’s worth noting that the initial price tag was set at $29.8 million USD, and in 2020, Trevor Noah himself purchased the property for $29 million USD.

Distinguished by its contemporary architectural brilliance, the residence was conceived by the renowned architect Mark Rios, who leads the esteemed Rios architectural studio based in Los Angeles. Mark Rios is celebrated for his transformative work on significant undertakings like the redesign of downtown Los Angeles’ Music Center and the city’s Grand Park. The mansion’s striking design, featured even in a 2017 edition of Architectural Digest, captivates with its distinct and lavish allure.
