Inside Pistons Forward Marvin Bagley III’s $4M Arizona Mansion

Marvin Bagley III, a forward for the Detroit Pistons, has been active off the court in the realm of real estate.

Following the sale of his expansive property near Sacramento, the basketball player has also listed his contemporary residence in Fountain Hills, Arizona for $4 million.

According to listing agent Lee Courtney of West USA Realty- Scottsdale, the property was purchased as an off-season residence.

Bagley acquired the arid residence in July of 2020 for $2,200,000.

The 9,230-square-foot home, which was built in 2009, appears to have been constructed much more recently.

“Contemporary architecture is more popular now, and I believe the homeowners were a bit ahead of their time when they constructed the house,” Courtney says. “The architecture is quite modern. The colours are very current in terms of what purchasers and builders are selecting.”

The home is vacant and available for occupancy.
