Former NBA forward Jonas Jerebko has relisted his sprawling Oakland Township, Michigan residence.
The Swedish basketball sensation has previously attempted to sell the palatial mansion. In 2018, he listed it for $3.1 million, and in 2019, he reduced the price to $2.7 million.
It has been renovated and is now available for $4 million. Look and see what Jerebko has to offer.
The property is located in the Orchard Ridge gated community and features a brand-new kitchen with two islands, a great room with a vaulted ceiling, and a marble entryway.
The master suite features a tranquil fireplace, a large walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities and a deep Jacuzzi.
The residence, which was originally constructed by the builder Enzo Casadei, also features an in-ground pool and spa, a play area for children, and a full-size basketball court with maple flooring.
In addition, there is a spa with hot and cold tubs, a fitness centre that would be at home in a hotel, and a beautiful home theatre with plush seats for movie evenings when the Michigan winter winds howl.
Jerebko purchased the mansion from former NBA player Ben Gordon for $2.2 million in early 2016.
