The name Michael Rubin has garnered significant attention in recent days following a series of high-profile celebrities sharing their experiences on social media from his Hamptons residence during an extravagant July 4th celebration.

Previously a co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, Rubin’s e-commerce company secured the property in 2020 through an off-market transaction with Ziel Feldman, founder of real estate development firm HFZ Capital Group.

Since the acquisition, substantial renovations have taken place, notably transforming the exterior from its original shingle style to a sleek, contemporary appearance. The residence’s metamorphosis under Rubin’s ownership rendered it even more appealing to potential buyers.
