Teaming up with his business partners, Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld, the renowned Douglas Elliman broker has invested $4.25 million into securing a vacation retreat in Miami, situated at 4727 N Bay Road.

The opulent Mediterranean-style villa was initially listed at $4.45 million, and it boasts a captivating allure that complements the lush surroundings of South Florida.

After his divorce from Bobby Boyd, a former model for Versace and Calvin Klein who transitioned into a real estate broker, Flagg embarked on another residential endeavor. In Beverly Hills, he acquired a similarly Italian-inspired home built in 1926, which had an initial asking price of $9.2 million.

Despite these acquisitions, sources suggest that Flagg’s search for new residential prospects in Beverly Hills or Bel-Air continues.

His lineage traces back to his grandmother, Edith Flagg, an Austrian-born American fashion designer, executive, and philanthropist who fled Nazi persecution.
