Lindsey Vonn Soars Away from Miami Beach Villa, Selling for Twice the Purchase Price

Lindsey Vonn Relocates from the Slopes to Miami Beach’s Exclusive Normandy Shores Island

Less than a year after her move from the slopes, Lindsey Vonn has found herself a new haven on the private and guard-gated Normandy Shores island in Miami Beach. The retired alpine skier, celebrated for her impressive 82 World Cup victories, is now putting her Miami residence on the market, alongside her boyfriend Diego Osorio, an actor and the visionary behind the upscale Lobos 1707 tequila brand. The property boasts an asking price of $6 million.

Listing agents Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny from Douglas Elliman refrained from commenting on the seller or the property. Situated on a coveted quarter-acre plot, the home comes with a host of desirable features, including a newly built wine cellar and a dock capable of accommodating a 48-foot yacht.

Originally constructed in the mid-1950s, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence underwent an extensive top-to-bottom renovation in 2021. Encompassing a little over 3,000 square feet of single-level living space, the home showcases a harmonious blend of hardwood and Italian Porcelanosa tile floors, adorned with distinctive light fixtures and window treatments.

Welcoming visitors with double front doors, the foyer is flanked by a mauve powder room. Beyond, a capacious great room beckons, featuring a sitting area that seamlessly transitions into an eat-in kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances. A dining space flows into a living room, where sliding glass doors open onto a spacious lanai equipped with a barbecue grill and a fire pit.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully tucked into corners, with highlights including a master retreat adorned in hardwood. This luxurious suite encompasses a generous walk-in closet, direct access to the backyard, and an elegantly designed ebony-tiled bathroom boasting twin vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower. The lush tropical grounds showcase a lengthy pool bordered by a sun-soaked deck, as well as an expansive paved motorcourt that provides ample parking space.

In addition to her Miami abode, the Hall of Fame skier also owns a three-bedroom, five-bathroom residence in Beverly Hills’ Coldwater Canyon neighborhood. Acquired for $3.4 million in early 2021, this investment came shortly after her separation from hockey player P.K. Subban.
