Captivating Splendor: Discovering the Majestic Mansion Acquired by the Real-Life ‘Yellowstone’ Couple in Topanga
Hassie Harrison and Ryan Bingham declared their love on Instagram in April by kissing in camo in front of a fire. The pair just bought a multimillion-dollar Los Angeles property together, indicating a deeper relationship.
Harrison and Bingham spent over $5 million on their 1999 equestrian estate. The sprawling property in Topanga Canyon, an unincorporated Los Angeles neighborhood in the rugged hills between Malibu and the San Fernando Valley, was previously owned by the late prominent real estate broker Jeff Hyland and his widow Lori, who bought it for $3 million in 2018.
The estate’s main stucco and terracotta-roofed structure has four bedrooms and four bathrooms in a little over 4,300 square feet of two-level living space with three fireplaces and Brazilian cherry and travertine floors.
A double-height entrance hall with a wrought-iron staircase leads to formal living and dining rooms, a large family room, and a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, an island, high-end stainless appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The master room has a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower and a bookcase-lined library.
Fruit and olive trees surround the pool, spa, and loggia. The equestrian amenities include a three-stall barn, tack and feed room, three corrals, riding arena, caretaker’s quarters with a modest apartment, and a three-car garage.
Bingham, 42, plays Walker, an ex-con turned ranch hand, in Paramount Network’s modern Western. Season four made the Grammy-winning singer/songwriter a series regular.
Harrison, 33, played Laramie in season three. After a year, the granddaughter of Caroline Rose Һᴜnt, the wealthiest woman in America and owner of the Bel-Air Hotel, sold her bespoke hacienda-style Topanga Canyon house for $3 million.
