From a number one Billboard song for Justin Bieber’s “Stay” to his first studio album topping the ARIA charts, The Kid Laroi’s move from Sydney to Los Angeles seems imminent.

The musician just moved to LA lately. The rapper rented in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates before buying this Encino estate late last year. No more.According to Dirt.com, Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, the artist, owns this five-bedroom, six-bathroom Encino Hills mansion. Previous owner? Perla Hudson, Slash’s ex-wife.

 

 

 

The Kid Laroi paid $8.3 M (US$5.5 M) for the 1991 French Normandy-style 6,113-square-foot property on 0.55 acres. Hudson made $3 M (US$2 M) selling the property she acquired in 2017 for $5.3 M (US$3.5 M). Hudson spent time modernizing the early ’90s interior and giving it a rock-star edge.
