Project Sunrise: Roberto Curtò Design’s Visionary 135m Superyacht Concept

Roberto Curt Design and SuperYachtsMonaco have collaborated to demonstrate a 135-meter superyacht concept with a “idyllic island resort vibe.”

The Project Sunrise yacht has a steel superstructure and a 19-meter beam, which creates spacious interior living areas.

Exterior features include a “spectacular low profile” with “sporty lines” and a low superstructure for decreased wind resistance, as well as a hull that penetrates waves.

Details such as slatted screens and a water drop statue contribute to the “idyllic island resort vibe” of the Japanese-inspired interior. The interior is flooded with natural light due to the extensive use of structural glass and massive windows.

In addition to a drive-in Jet Ski port at the bow, Project Sunrise also features a helipad, tender garage, observatory, two swimming pools, a cinema, and two dining rooms.

There are 11 cabins accommodating a total of 22 visitors, including an owner’s cabin with a private gym, office, and indoor/outdoor pool. The yacht also features a gym for guests and cabins for 49 crew members.

The maximum speed of Project Sunrise will be 24 knots, with a cruising speed of 18 knots and a range of 6000 nautical miles.
