Bryan “Birdman” Williams, Cash Money Records’ co-founder and public face, is trying to leave—but not without recompense.
The Birdman can fly for $20 M. That’s the amount he wants for his Miami Beach, FL waterfront property.
In 2011, Williams paid $14.25 M for Russell Weiner’s 2004 house. Birdman then spent a few M turning the building into a baller’s dream with acres of marble, chrome, bespoke lighting, and textured, animal-print wallpaper.

Co-listing agent Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman Real Estate adds, “This is a home fit for kings: 20,000 square feet under AC with every amenity possible.” “Two wine cellars, movie theater that seats 13, six-car climate-controlled garage, 40-foot-tall entry foyer, entertainer’s bar, a double staircase with custom iron railings…a 2,000-square-foot master bedroom with two private terraces, and one of Palm Island’s biggest estates.”
In Palm Island’s Estates, the estate has 100 feet of canal frontage and a 100-foot boat dock.Seven bedrooms and 12 baths. It once had nine bedrooms, but the 48-year-old music mogul merged three bedrooms on the top floor to create a large master suite with two baths, walk-in closets, and a sumptuous sitting space with a fireplace.
Two wine cellars, a chef’s kitchen with a custom-lit island, and two garages—one for four vehicles and one for two—are also included.
The grounds include a pool, sand volleyball court, and pizza oven summer kitchen. Palm palms decorate the half-acre.

Harris claims Williams is looking at other South Florida homes to invest in after selling his house. Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake all had successes on Williams’ Cash Money Records label, which he co-founded with his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams. About $180 M is the Birdman’s estimated value.
